    johnno agree that is needed but it seems like company must be morons if not already know that marketing is appalling when look at dismal sales figures. this skill set can be hired or bought. so I think maybe company is unable to fix because of either regulatory or contractual reasons. I can’t believe it just marketing incompetence.
