wow - didnt think id see HIO back near 10c again (missed my opp at 7c!)....

i feel for all that held this whole time, hope u took some of those amazing gains when it hit >$1.....

either way, what perplexes me is, since the financials as quoted are amazing no matter which way you slice it....why risk missing out ton the next IO boom??? IF the economics are so good, this downturn will be over buy the time the mine is built, so why not proceed??

does this imply either:
a) an extended down-turn
b) the economics dont really stack up?
c) other?
