agree col69, years and years of misleading investors and not being accountable. BV FDA and viraleze India are 2 examples and many many others can be given.
To be fair the ASX has made tries on 3 recent contracts to squeeze information from SPL when didn’t want to disclose how immaterial the contracts is.
Ineffective deals and sloppy clinical trials and regulatory tactics might be able to be gloss over for years but over times it show in the bottom line.
remaining is ineffective management of SPL should be Accountable and show integrity as their values says.
