Can you please provide me with a copy of the Starpharma employee performance rights plan?

I really want to be able to see which KPI’s have been achieved to justify the recent bonuses awarded to Key Management Personnel.

As a shareholder I am growing more and more frustrated with the way this company is being run. With a share price tanking and management taking bonuses with no evident progress being made to turn around the SP slide it really is not a good look.
