    The thread title you started says "Why aren't Starpharma marketing in the USA" ..... I would have thought you could answer your own question when even the CEO stated the USA wasn't a priority for Viraleze and let's not forget they haven't even made a "Device" application to the FDA, let alone have an approval for Viraleze to market it in the USA ?
