The market determines sp, but the market is not always right when valuing companies. The market is rarely patient. I am not defending the management, but, with my quite extensive experience with several projects, the schedule is rarely met and when it changes it moves to the right, never to the left. RED is not an exception, but rather the norm, other than the fundamentals, which are exceptional. That's all I wanted to say.
