A very good question, I tried to find you a good definitive answer, but failed - here my best guess.
Ranford is resigning from the board next week and stepping into a full COO role; perhaps????? this is somehow linked with resigning from the board and restructuring his salary.
Any other sleuths are welcome to rip me apart.
