I think James would agree with you to a large extent but some of the original directors who had previous directorship experience may not have been able to make the step change from explorer to producer. We will never know but thank goodness we now have a broad skill set both within the company, at an operational level and on the board.
Just so impressed with Mick our new Chairman and the other new directors seem to be appropriate for their roles on the board.
Lets see how it all plays out over the next year and hope that we are ALL feeling satisfied with the progress that they make. They have plenty of work ahead of them.
