Let's assume that a holder has 5 million shares and 1 million 2.4c options, and let's also assume that THE SIMONN BUYING WALL is at 3c. The holder could exercise the options and sell 1 million shares. That way he retains his exposure, puts six gorillas in his pocket and contributes $24,000 towards keeping Norwood afloat.
If all 75 million options were treated in a similar fashion, the company would raise $1.8 million, the option/share switchers would have a little cash to splash, and the Wall Syndicate would be well and truly set.
