Unexpectedly, LAU has risen to A$0.74 by around 1050 AEDT on Thursday 22 December.
Pleasing, but still only a PE of 12.7.
Being conservative, I like to allow for a consumer downturn next year, but I'd be more affluent if I knew how bad it will be. Interest rates are certain to rise again prior to Easter.
