The shareholders of unmarketable shares will accept the offer as the offer by the company is greater than the market price. Offer is 61 cents. Market price is 47 cents. But Shareholders also have the option of retaining their shares. I just wonder if there’s enough cash to buy up all of the unmarketable parcels.
