Now..... I disagree with coorporate costs strongly

last year cash increased by $28M, after a share placement bringing in 45M. In effect we burnt 17M

out of that 17M nearly 6M were involved in the consolidation of MEP debits and credits. yes the Take Over was scrip, but brokers have big cars, therefore have a big fuel bill and aren't cheap, they nabbed us for a whopping 2.3M. That means corporate costs ignoring MEP were perhaps just shy of 9M. I think the winners here would be the overseas investors who were not eligible for ADN shares, and had to be paid out at $0.17 or whatever the agreed cost was.

Exploration and evaluation would be sugar coated and is $4M. This means without MEP and Epxloration/Eval we sit at 5M corporate. that won't work I know

Half that exploration and we are $7M. I estimated $8M

Now if we do a complex CR/SPP we will be over the 8M. Similarly more workers will be adding to the cost, but then again ADN has tightened up money somewhat as well. Perhaps this could hit $10M but my guess will be $8M. there are no takeover, exploration largely minimised.

Point 2: The AISC are based on full size plant, but is the size of plant really that important. Construction costs surely we lose on they will be higher, but the AISC is on producing, ignoring any capital requirement. a container cost the same, transport the same etc. Enlighten me

Point 3: 15%. Holy S***. That sounds like a credit card debt, is it really that bad? If that the case I'd rather increase the CR/SPP
