From my understanding and correct me if I'm wrong but JW has an interest free loan from US the shareholders with no structured payment plan or obligation to pay back with ZERO down. Probably still too busy laughing at the loan terms and spending his dividend to be able to do any work. Wished the banks offered these loans....
