incorrect.by ur same analogy - ur a farmer who’s grown up driving for 10 years before the legal age to apply for ur licence.getting it won’t really be a drama for u because u have experience in driving a car.yea you’ll have to do certain things and tick some boxes to get it but largely you’ll be ok. but if u have no job & no way to finance a car and no-one to buy a car for u which issue is now actually more critical to u?you can still get ur licence if u want but ur not doing squat unless u solve ur more important issues.
