So do you believe the management to be incompetent or committing something illegal (by not providing information in a timely manner). Some more info on the ndas i signed. They had a time limt. There was only a couple of ways the nda was deemed null and void. Firstly, if no agreement was reached within that time limit. Secondly, negotions were stalled and it was agreed no way forward was possible and in this case i had to sign a document stating this lack of conclusion and stating the nda was finished. Lastly a succesful negotion resulted in signed agreements/contracts and this obviously triggered the end of the nda.
so i repeat you obviously have more intimate knowledg of this nda. Could post the clause from the nda that backs up your conclusions.
