Member churn and ATV is the only big red flags for me, I'll have to see what the full year looks like but a decking in memberships based on the 2 year time frame and a reduction in member ATV when our prices went up is not a great look.
This investment doesn't need growth based on the price, consistent earnings should lead to double digit returns through owners earnings
