Apologies - you didn't say '30' but 'a factor of 30'.
Nonetheless, it's correct that moving containers by rail (provided it's not just five or 10) is almost always over medium and longer distances more efficient and far less costly than by road, even though the rail operator usually must pay substantial track access charges based on a fee per thousand tonne-kilometres.
