I think you're right that JM is more wet salesman than dry manager. That's likely why he was appointed by the pump-and-run brigade. I always liked his knowledge and enthusiasm, but I also know I didn't buy it all, and some of the JM worship in this forum in 2020 was downright silly. I think that's why there's so much anger from the downrampers and want-to-sellers in this forum - it's not that they hate JM or the board, more that they hate themselves for not being more cautious and circumspect.
Anyway, it's always worth remembering that only a small fraction of explorers turn into miners, and ADN is now a miner.
