This is a more relevant thread title whereas the other is somewhat misleading as the board of Starpharma has NOT been topping up at all, apparently even with the share price at 8 year lows.
Hopefully a change of interest notification is coming in the next few days from at least the Chairman and CEO to show shareholders some leadership and confidence.
It’s not like they are short of coin. Rob Thomas is a career Director, and currently Chair or Director of six other companies.
And our ‘superstar’ CEO has not only milked the generous remuneration teat of Starpharma for over 17 years, we all know that she also spends time as a Director with Mirrabooka Investments and some others. So I don’t think Jackie Fairley is crying poor either.
