I was speaking to an insurer..
Before I'd mentioned the Scott's RF saga, he said cool stores were suspectible to fire as apparently if one starts, it spreads like a bushfire.
He didn't say but one reason could be coolant in the fridges, if that's the correct term. (I am not versed in technical matters).
Apparently there was a fire in eastern Melbourne recently of one, and a huge amount of damage was caused. I hope LAU has plenty of precautions in place.
