their wording is mysterious and their 70% is 30-70%, bit of spin IMO
ADN are proposing the additional of HRM that will achieve 2/3rds of the 11% target.
Kinda sounds like a decent proposal if the goal is to get to 11%.
It would also appear from an amateur view the HRM retains more of the original (some improved) than other green products.
