Wouldn't it be fairly easy for state, local and federal governments to stipulate the use of green concrete in all their projects?
In fact if they were serious, green concrete would be a standard specification in new building guidelines forcing it to become part of all new construction.
Maybe it's time to engage government lobbyists to push this forward if Co2 reduction by 2035 is a key objective.
