You picked up on water, why did you not mention that a decrease in cement was a major difference. Producing cement produces a huge amount of co2. The report shows a reduction in cement required from 200.4 to 183.7 for 32mpa.

As for the pricing increasing for 25mpa, when the aus govt finally introduces the need for companies to either offset or purchase credits this won't matter.

I have answered that question.

The whole report states that the 10% of concrete made outside of China is 184 million meters cubic and considers it addressable market.
