Thanks newregime - thats a good report/ summation.
So I read the report as a positive report to shareholders and also a notice that shares will rise.
Shows that the company will not initiate a share price consolidation - which benefits share holders and investors.
At 0.16 the company value will be around $560 million.
Likely that share price dilution for plant build investment at 0.045 will be an additional 1 Billion shares. At 0.16 will be an additional 250 million shares.
My take on this is wether its an additional 250 million or 1 billion shares - it doesnt really matter.
Momentum with cash in the bank to build a plant is what matters.
It looks likely that further Offtake agreements will come.
