Thanks for the suggestion however cancer is a very complex disease. There are hundreds of types/subtypes and the patient’s cancer needs to be an optimal match for the treatment used for any chance of success.

After failing two forms of immunotherapy I have had a sample of my cancer screened against 42 drugs in the US. It responded to 26 of them so I have lots of chemo options identified from this with a varying probability of working. Two of the drug responses were exceptional so one of these is the first chemo option I will try.

Due to an immunotherapy treatment I failed on trial and also surgery there are fewer and fewer trials I would be eligible for anyway. My tumour response on that trial was mixed CR/PR for some tumours, however my cancer eventually progressed.
