I don't think so. in any event James Marsh bought over $100,000 worth. Even if his contract did require him to purchase shares (which I very much doubt) it wouldn't be anywhere near that much.
Directors and senior managers buying on market with their own hard earned is almost always considered to be a strong BUY signal.
