Whilst I agree with the logic of putting Rebecca and Lake Roe together (I wonder where the plant will go?) I feel for the Tom. Poured many years work into this only to be ousted from the board who then issued a few oppies and will get a considerable pay day, meanwhile (and I have said this before) the previous MD was not one to just award himself oppies etc. He purchased regurlarly on market and really made Breaker investable just because of how tight the capital structure was. They were also pretty stingy with their capital raising a too. And some of the directors own oppies but very few shares which grates me. Anyhoo I’m hooding for a higher bid but think it’s a logical consolidation play that I’m happy to be a part of.
