EW can be hit or miss in general. Over the years I've noticed certain pattern sequences where EW applies. Another reason why I think 4DS is in a leading diagonal is because the chart looks like IIQ. On my phone so can't post a chart atm. I reckon the more 4DS touches 2.9c, the more it shows it's resisting to break support and therefore more likely to reverse. If you follow the Wyckoff method then feel free to post a chart with your analysis.
