Do you guys know that we can get a takeover offer and we, the shareholders, are entitled to agree/disagree with the offer? Any takeover offer would put a firm price valuation on our shares and may or may not be accepted by shareholders, but it certainly puts a firm price figure on our shares. Ultimately, the sp will reflect that bid. A failed takeover would be a great rocket boost on the sp, whilst giving great public awareness of KAR's assets. You guys should stop panicking over chinese ownership and wake up to the bigger picture
