Can someone please answer a question? Mr Kiernam says in this latest missive that as a result of the circumstances beyond his control, he would like to issue SRE shares to participants of the SWA recapitalisation (1 for 10). Can this offer only be made to those shareholders and not existing? I wonder how many new SRE shares will go to insiders?
