True. I was keeping it super simple. So I didn't count tax credits. But I also didn't count dilution from a CR, interest on debt, time-value of money, etc. IMHO, ADN have yet to provide a valid financial model to retail investors, making back-of-the-envelope calculations necessary. My point was that even being super optimistic, there appears to be no upside from 14c; and 14c is lower than when the company implied the SP would rocket. To be fair, they put a question mark at the end of it, so I guess they could walk it back?
