biggest issue with consolidations are that they are generally bundled together with a CR - which puts immediate downwards pressure on the SP.
A consolidation on its own makes no difference other than semantics and perception.
Calls that the company can't get to 10c without institutional onboarding are gravely mistaken, sentiment can change and momentum shifts. Bob is definitely starting that process with his clear communication and actions. $127m MC is severely undervalued based on peer analysis, NPV of the existing DFS and not to mention potential improvements for the uDFS
