Another cancellation of offtake due to FID and commercial levels of production not met for 2022 hence ADN exercise their right to cancel this offtake. Another offtake which was put in place by JM and NBSB decided to cancel it. Does this mean another mess up by JM again??!
I wouldn’t be surprised to see all offtakes which JM put in place being cancelled by NBSB as they all probably fail to satisfy the precedent conditions!
