The interesting part is when other companies have been seen to be challenging teh " authorities" they have massive legal bills and a flow of information. Yet SPL doesn't?.. That has led me to the conclusion that SPL is still trying to get data to line up with requirements as tehya re aware that existing information isn't conclusive in its format / quality.

I would love to see where in the process VZ is with TGA.. When was last meeting / contact? When was last TGA meeting by commitee where SPL was discussed? 14 months and nothing saying it has progressed at all? Nothing linking teh UK trial with TGA possible approval? No notification of TGA dispute process? No mention of legal action against TGA? It is reminding me of USA situation where it is as if SPL have made a application and then been responded to however are keeping the application open as unable to provide what the authority wants?

Other listed companies seem happy to inform holders of progress with applications and a low level of detail and SPL does not. ?
