Vote NO to both Resolution 1 & 2. Don't be gutless for ONCE. The BoD and CEO need to take NOs' on the chin and start doing some work for ONCE! NO MORE to be given to them on a silver platter as the have always come to expect. PS there is a 7 year Statutory Time Limit for Class Action unless insurance coverage starts to lapse soon!
