2. You haven't defined "high possibility". I said before there might be a conditional approval or a CRL. Osiris had a conditional approval with the Canadian regulator, but that would appear to have been stillborn. I'm curious to see what happens, that's all. You seem like a nice person, so good luck (along with ddwin, honest123 and a few others). Maybe I'm even worried for you in the event of non-approval.
3. I agree with Doc, even limited approval won't automatically mean major sales revenue, the evidence is weak and physicians look at evidence critically.
