This is an excellent quarterly, considering what was expected

My takeouts

1) 3/6 long lead items ordered, the rest will be in a few weeks
2) Upgrade from chairlift expected
3) NO TAX ON PROFIT. yeah not proud of that; but lets take it "this brings the total of Andromeda’s carried forward tax losses to $191 million,"
4) Debt Funding progressing; followed by Strategic investors (debt/equity) - this will slowly come out.
5) UDFS out shortly; in words of Bob, we'll let the market decide after DFS. My words - IMO, any future raising will be higher than now - yes shorters you can quote me on that later if I get that wrong. Doubt it very much
6) Released after close, to allow all to digest fully

Love it. just placed an order for 1m shares in case there are weak knees
