So if I was a big pharma and wanted to buy SPL to rebirth all my out of patent products and many others as well I might think of partnering up with them to test the limits and know much more about it.

Then I would pick a particularly nasty drug and begin pushing right through a new found limit where it was safe onto somewhere in the vicinity of the upper limit where problems began to emerge.

Then quick as a wink before the FDA and the EMA sounded the alarm I’d voluntarily abandon the trial.

Almost immediately the share price would tank further and faster than it had been since my first announcement that there may be problems.

Wow what a great price to now launch a take over of the company!
