Well if I read this correctly, it seems our mate Michael O'Keefe has added at least 1M shares in this raise.
He held 5.1M shares pre-raise and had 7.5% ownership. Post-raise he still has 7.5% so he must have subscribed to at least another 1M to maintain that ownership percentage.
That's a great sign.
All in all, it's a really good presentation from MRZ. Loads of prospects and appears that there's finally a plan that is being executed on by a well rounded exec team.
Still dirt cheap if you ask me.
