Firstly, you don't think it will be profitable so based on that, why would you pick the tax path to downramp. No one pays tax on losses.

ohhh..... you think it will be profitable; great that makes 2 of us

1) This is a starter plant; profits will be reinvested into future expansions - ie not tax payable
2) If the depreciation on new capital items are not sufficient to claim against all profit; there is $200M of Carried Forward Losses to compensate.

I believe that he is talking about new NPV expected with DFS where tax rate is definitely applicable.
