why does the NPV matter if your issue is specifically LoM metrics? I'm not sure I follow your criticism here. It's profitable either way
Also re the tax aspect, it states the Co have $191m is loss carried forward, but I do agree some more refined metrics down the line would be useful
Look at the end of the day the key proof will come when funding is finalized - particularly if debt funding is sourced from a financial institution - until then it's all just chatter
