If it wasn't for Bob coming in and cleaning up the mess, I don't think we would have lasted much longer before the Company folded due to the incompetence of the Board.

The last Cap Raise was supposed to have been sufficient to get us into production (their words - not mine) but they continually failed to hit nearly every milestone and had massive failures with the CC pilot plant and the Streaky Bay pilot plant.

Now you want to let all of that go through to the keeper?? No way. There needs to be some accountability from those flogs.

I commend Bob for getting us back on track but it has nothing to do with the remainder of the Board members. They just suck their $116k per year for nearly ruining us.
