I'll take that as a win. We have progress.

Regarding the second part of your critique - the company as a whole may be in a different situation. You know we are talking about 10-15M right? 1A covers that, and leaves enough money on the table to provide for some Tim Tams at the new presentation (there was nothing at the last one).

I also concurred that there would be some inefficiencies at 1A, but this will be stuff all... I could be wrong on this point, if so we are not talking more then a few %.

Another point with these rediculous interest rated being quoted; I made some enquiries and below 10% should be achievable. Low and behold , the MST report includes interest on a 58M loan and equated this to $3M.
