don't think so. all shares issued just move to a delisted status. They can still be bought and sold but it's through a more manual off market process. I went through similar with another company a couple of years back that wanted to list because the asx listing did them favours in terms of reporting/governance and to eventually effect a trade sale being delisted helps with valuations. Whilst I did not like it it's was the right answer for that company.
Suspect YBR wants a less onerous reporting regime and the chart someone posted earlier in the chat tells the SP story well. will have to see what the delist proposal looks like but it will need a shareholder vote. IMO
