I'd imagine a number of producers will be thinking this way as many analysts are predicting a deficit of supply by 2028-2030 at the latest and some predicting a deficit much sooner. Phoenix's project is very large, in an ideal location and could be ready to produce large commercial quantities by 2028 so it should fit the criteria as a prime target for acquisition.
