Reach have over 3 billion shares on issue and growing- that bespeaks something.
Perhaps a lifestyle company but does not need to be- it may have had a series of unlucky projects over a long period of time- or both scenarios or something in between. Anyway, it would not inspire one with confidence.
A low share price and low market value does not mean that a stock is cheap.
