Looks to me like ADN have the right board configuration to see them through construction and onto production.
All JM has done is essentially drop a title and a seat at the Exec level which is fine. This pre empts any blood shed shareholders may have been looking for at the upcoming AGM, but doesn't materially change things all that much. JM is exactly where he needs to be.
The new CFO is interesting and has me wondering if terms of a funding deal require a seat at the board...
