My take on this that a floor has been set here - $11 - in that mgmt is willing to take a modest disc to NAV (GQG stock px not much lower than 31 June). Note that Regal's withdrawal hinted at continual interest - it wasn't an issue w target but rather mgmt was probably sorting the bids and Regal was trying to push the process or smt to that effect. It's clear as day now what's needed to cross the line.
Either way, a slight bump should get it done with - GQG has been doing DD for months as well.
