The fact they got returned and are now in escrow doesn’t change the fact they were paid and received.
Well WELL maybe it wasn't accepted for what ever reasons, so its not payed...lol...?
OMG They didn't want it and sent it back BECAUSE....lol
It seems the DRC govt have certain issues with AVZ...imo
