Fair enough......it would have been better if they said, we have NO PLANS to do another capital raise, however we would like to have the predetermined ability to ISSUE IF and ONLY IF there an unforeseen emergency developed that required speedy action........
I wonder if having the ability to issue more shares is not necessarily for raising capital, but possibly as a defensive mechanism against a hostile takeover where those shares end up in the hands of a 'friendly' ......any thoughts ?
